Walk 10 Minutes every Day . It’ll burn the calories. Even short bouts of activity can increase your fitness level, especially when you’re new at working out.

Crunch in Bed:
Do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress right before getting up. Increase it daily by one until you reach a goal of 100. Try it. You may eventually have to set your clock to wake up 15 minutes earlier, a small price to pay for a flatter healthy stomach.

Park and Walk:
Park and Walk, Park your car as far away as you can and walk to the mall, park, or wherever you go at the farthest end and walk the length of the mall. Use every bit of opportunity to walk. It will definitely add up to better fitness.
